It is submitted in your honour that in compliance of the decision taken in the meeting of State Veterinary Service Association of various states of India called by Tamil Nadu Veterinarians at Bengaluru on 03-03-2019, an 11 members Adhoc Committee was constituted to revive Indian Veterinary Association to represent all the veterinarians of the country. The Adhoc Committee has decided to convene a meeting of committee on 30.03.2019 at 4.00 PM at Nagpur, Maharashtra followed by General Body meeting of all State Veterinary Associations of India and all other stake holders on 31.03.2019 at 11.00 AM at Nagpur.
It has also been decided to constitute the Indian Veterinary Association as revival of the apex body is necessary to safeguard the interests and welfare of the Veterinarians of the country. It is strongly felt in the wake of attack on IVA Act 1984 by Govt. of Maharashtra. You are kindly requested to participate in the said meeting. A delegate fee of Rs. 1000/- is proposed to aid PPVM in arrangement. It is crisis time of our profession and all state association to gear up. This will unite all vets and strengthen Maharashtra movement.
